We collect information you provide directly: name, company name, email address, and payment information processed by Stripe. We also collect usage data including page views, ad impressions, and clicks automatically.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the SankaSigns platform, process payments, send transactional emails (invoices, renewal reminders, performance reports), fulfill LED sign orders, and improve our service.
3. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (Supabase, Stripe, Resend). We may share shipping information with freight carriers to fulfill LED sign orders.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security in our database, and secure authentication via Supabase.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@sankasigns.com. Note that deletion of account data does not affect order records we are required to retain for legal and tax purposes.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
